"I was looking for an AirHawk seat pad, and Cycle Gear had one in stock. I arrived on their "bike night", where they provided sandwiches and dessert for people who came in! The staff was really knowledgeable and I ended up staying a bit later just talking motorcycles with the employees. Overall, an excellent place to shop and I'll be back next time I need motorcycle gear."
"Had what I needed, and great service!!"
"The brick and mortar store has a somewhat limited selection but you can order online and have it available in store. The advantage is that you can check for sizing before buying"
"Excellent customer service, large selection of products, fast service on tire change."
"I originally went to the store because i needed fork oil. I was shocked to see how much of the latest gear that they had on top of the selection (sizes/colors etc.). I was disappointed that i had bought a bunch of stuff online before i had heard about this place. I would rather support an actual shop than an online retailer who charges shipping if something doesn't fit and takes 3+ business days to process a return...
They had a ton of great parts and accessories as well. Definitely going back for anything else i need."
"Helpful staff. Good selection. Great prices. Can't go wrong. "
"Went to CycleGear.com looking for a helmet upgrade. I had my eyes set on some Arai and AGV helmets but decided I needed some expert help and rode to Lynnwood. Walked in, was greeted with a smile by all employees. Had a ton of questions which were all expertly answered by Traci. My experience was so awesome I went back with my wife and got her a helmet as well. Again same experience different sales person. "
"Went in looking for a helmet, but found the right price one and no helmet in stock or size. I asked for help and got someone new ( no offense) but the guy took way to long. The others didn't bother to help or ask how we were doing! Then when it came to pay they were unable to take off the security device and ended up hammering the thing off in the back. What should of have been a 15-20 min time frame overall time was about 1 hour. Very bad experience poor customer service! "
"low prices and even lower quality. Bilt helmet is the worst I've ever tried. Super loud road and wind noise, communication system is poor, bad connections and sound quality makes the music unrecognizable. Drove two hours to visit the store and standard answer was "we don't have that size but we can order it". I would have stayed home if I wanted to order from a catalog.

"I have never had a bad experience with Cycle Gear and its staff. I went in the shop originally to buy a new riding jacket and while I was shopping I noticed there was a sale on some other apparel. Due to the sale the selection was limited and I couldn't find my size. The staff went out of their way to check the inventory in their warehouse and sister store in Portland, OR. They found my size in the warehouse and the delivery arrived within 2 days. Thank you, Cycle Gear!"
"A lot of choices and good prices "
"I'm a first time rider and came ready to buy gear. I spoke with a young man whose name escapes me, but he was still in training, per his name tag. He was impressively knowledgeable. I told him what I needed and he showed me options in my price range. Long story short, I walked out with a jacket, gloves and helmet. I was really impressed and thanks to my experience, they now have a new loyal customer.

" I just needed a battery for a scooter and was in and out of there in about five minutes, thank you "
"Help was volunteered when I entered. I was shown exactly what I needed. The price was right. A friendly experience."
"I bought a pair of "waterproof" Bilt gloves from your Beaverton, OR location before a ride north to Seattle. They were NOT waterproof, despite saying so on the gloves and the salesman saying so. Tried to return them to the Lynnwood store and was met with resistance. Finally convinced the clerk to give me store credit but the fault was with the product, not customer error. "
